Safety & Participation
At TM Horse Haven, the safety and well-being of our visitors, volunteers, and animals are our top priorities. Because of the nature of our property and animal interactions, all visitors must sign a waiver and release. This waiver outlines potential risks and helps us manage them effectively. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

Get ready to kick up your boots at TM Horse Haven’s Country Line Dancing Night—featuring guest instructor Darci Chupp of the Piatt County Trailblazers!
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a total beginner, Darci will have you two-steppin’ and boot-scootin’ in no time. Bring your friends and enjoy light snacks/beverages (available for purchase) while you dance the night away in the cozy charm of the barn.
Dress comfortably for cool barn temps (layers recommended!)—
or go all out in your best country western gear. Don't forget your boots!
Tickets are available for $10 during online pre-sale OR
$15 at the door (until we reach capacity).
Ages 13+ ONLY. Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
A signed Liability & Release Waiver must be on file for ALL participants.

Join us for a joyful spring morning at TM Horse Haven as we welcome families for our 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt — created especially for children ages 11 and under.
Little ones (and their families) can explore our beautiful open pastures in search of colorful, treat-filled eggs tucked throughout the property.
Along the way, they’ll have the chance to slow down, breathe in the fresh country air, and spend time visiting our horses, goats, and chickens.
The Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance for FREE PHOTOS,
smiles, and sweet memories you’ll treasure long after the eggs are gathered
(which, let's be honest, takes about 60 seconds)!

Skye is turning ONE and we’re throwing her a party... 🤍
But her first year should be the beginning of a long story — not limited by something we can fix.
After recently taking x-rays, we learned Skye has a developmental orthopedic condition in both of her front legs. Without surgical correction she will develop early arthritis, bone fusion, and progressive lameness. Because she’s still young, surgery gives her a strong chance at a comfortable, active future — and that’s the future we’re committed to giving her!
Her surgery is considered time-sensitive and will be scheduled within the next few weeks.
She will stay at the hospital for about a week, followed by careful post-operative care and
frequent corrective farrier visits during her recovery.
So we’re celebrating her 1st Birthday the best way we know how–with a party with all her friends,
as well as offer a way for others to help her get the care she needs/deserves!
Oh and don’t worry, the party is rodeo-themed! Yee-haw!
So, grab your tickets, bring your friends & family, and come prepared for a day of
celebratory activities throughout the property!

** VOLUNTEER EVENT SIGN-UPS **
As we welcome a new season at TM Horse Haven, we’re inviting our amazing community to join us for a Spring Clean-Up Day on the farm!
This is a wonderful opportunity for TMHH enthusiasts, families, and anyone who’s been wanting to get involved to roll up their sleeves and help us refresh and prepare the grounds for all the spring and summer memories ahead. From tidying pastures and organizing barn spaces to small outdoor projects and general beautifying, there’s something for everyone — no special skills required, just willing hands and a heart for the animals.
If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could help out somehow,” this is your chance. You’re welcome to come for the entire day, just part of the day, or even sign up for specific tasks or shifts that work best for you. Every bit of time and energy makes a meaningful impact.

General Rental Information
Space Rental
$65/hr for up to 10 attendees
$5 for each additional attendee
Rental includes:
*Use of indoor and/or outdoor space by availability
*Use of tables and chairs, as well as setup and cleanup
NOTE: If you are interested in adding on animal experiences and/or caretaking, please contact TM Horse Haven!
You may bring your own decorations, serving dishes & utensils, as well as food items.

Birthday Party Package Information
Baseline Package Cost
$250 for up to 8 children & a 2-hour time slot
$5 for each additional child
NOTE: You have the option to extend the event for $65 for each additional hour.
Rental includes:
*Use of indoor and/or outdoor space by availability
*Thirty (30) minutes of pony rides (for riders under 100 pounds) or pony meet and greet including grooming
*Thirty (30) minutes of time playing with the goats and chickens
*Use of tables and chairs, as well as setup and cleanup
NOTE: You may bring your own decorations, serving dishes & utensils, as well as food items.
